Áine our VP, is the Designated Teacher for Child Protection and Pastoral Care and Sorcha Nic Strábhóg the Deputy Designated Teacher. The safeguarding and protection of all our pupils at Bunscoil Phobal Feirste & Naíscoil Bhreandáin is our number one priority. The school is also keen to adopt new safeguarding and child protection initiatives and as such, is a signatory to the implementation of the NSPCC Preventative Education Project, the only Project of its kind currently in Europe.
